Reviewing the building plans from interior designers, architects, and engineers we make sure that the operational needs of the customer are clearly laid out on the drawings. Over the last decade LEDs have become the stand choice for energy efficient buildings. However, not all LEDs work the same. We test dozens of brands and models to make sure what gets installed performs exactly how it needs.  HVAC layouts and equipment selection are verified and reviewed to ensure every space can satisfy guest comfort requirements and long term maintenance requirements.

This review results in clear and easy to understand plans set that onsite contractors are confident installing equipment and wiring. Also reducing costs in building times, change orders, and construction project manager headaches.
